Section V – Declaration

1. I accept the no refund and no transfer policy in case of any cancellation of this enrollment.

2. I meet the course prerequisties, if any.

3. I will not make any unauthorized audio and/or video recording, or any other electronic form of copying or duplication of the online teaching without the prior written consent of Tergar.

4. I understand that Tergar as the organizer reserves all rights for any change about the program and the right for making final decision in case of any dispute.

5. I agree to provide all personal information requested in this Section II in order to process my registration. I understand that the organizer will not transfer it to any person outside Tergar Asia. I note that I may access my personal information provided and, where necessary, correct or update the same by leaving message at chatbot on our website https://www.tergarasia.org.
