Section V – Declaration

1. I accept the no refund and no transfer policy in case of any cancellation of this enrollment.

2. I have met the prerequisites for the course enrolled.

3. I have read and understood the requirements for entry into Thailand in order to be able to attend the course.

4. I have read and understood the system requirements from Zoom support for attending this retreat's group practice sessions. The organizer recommends using a labtop/mobile.

5. I will not make any unauthorized audio and/or video recording, or any other electronic form of copying or duplication of the online teaching without the prior written consent of Tergar.

6. I understand that Tergar as the organizer reserves all rights for any change about the program and the right for making final decision in case of any dispute.

7. I agree to provide all personal information requested in this Section II in order to process my registration. I understand that the organizer will not transfer it to any person outside Tergar Asia. I note that I may access my personal information provided and, where necessary, correct or update the same by leaving message at chatbot on our website https://www.tergarasia.org.

8. During this retreat, I agree to comply with the following rules and regulations for the protection of my own health and the health of the other participants of the retreat:

I understand that before entering the teaching hall on the first day of the retreat, Tergar Asia may require each participant (including myself) to complete a health declaration form and a COVID-19 Rapid Antigen test ("ATK Test") (using the antigen test kits provided by them). I understand and agree that without completing such health declaration form or obtaining a negative test result of the ATK Test, I would not be able to join this retreat. In such circumstances, Tergar Asia will refund the course fee to me but all the travel and hotel expenses incurred by me due to purported participation of this retreat should be solely borne by me. If I am tested COVID-19 postive in the ATK Test, I will follow the Thai regulations in this respect (by having a RT-PCR test for confirmation and contacting the public health officials in Thailand*). *

*In this circumstances, please contact National Health Security Office of Thailand at 1330 by phone. Under Thailand’s emergency orders, those who test positive for COVID-19 are required to contact the public health officials. Failure to do so will be fined by the Thai government for Baht 20,000.

I understand and agree that on each day during the retreat period, each participant (including myself) has to do a body temperature test. If my body temperature is tested 100.4°F (38°C) or above, I would not be allowed by Tergar Asia to join the retreat programme on that day but no refund of all or any part of the course fee would be provided by Tergar Asia. *

I understand and agree that if I have any of the following symptoms during the retreat period, I should notify Tergar Asia as soon as possible and seek medical advice: *

- breathing difficulties
- sore throat

If any such symptom is or becomes rather severe at any time during the retreat, Tergar Asia has to the right to require me to leave the teaching hall immediately or temporarily until such symptom subsidies and I will follow Tergar Asia's request accordingly.

I agree to properly wearing face mask at all times during the entire retreat period. *
